We are proud to ONLY serve 100% full-blood Wagyu genetics, strictly graded at BMS 9+ for an untamed level of marbling. Smoked low and slow over authentic post oak wood imported from Texas, this brisket yields a deeply caramelized bark and a melt-in-your-mouth texture that standard beef simply cannot touch.
