Everything on the menu, stacked. Wagyu brisket, pulled pork, Kurobuta sausage, dirty fries, slaw, mac. It feeds two grown adults on a good day.
A full standard beef plate rib — roughly a pound of 100% full-blood Wagyu, smoked low and slow over Texas post oak. The final boss.
Thirty minutes. Solo. No help, no sharing, no leaving the plate. The clock does not care how you feel.
Glory or the Bill
You eat for nothing, your name goes on the Wall of Glory, and you walk out wearing an Initiation Tee that you actually earned.
That's the Murderhorn and the dino rib at the door price. Your name goes on the Wall of Shame. The cow remembers.
How It Works
- One challenger per event. This is a one-on-one fight with the mountain. We don't run a crowd.
- Stone Brewing Oceanside only. The challenge happens on our third-Saturday pop-up. Nowhere else.
- Every sign-up is reviewed. Submit the form below and we'll approve or deny by email. Nothing is locked until you hear back from us.
- It's a show. Attempts are filmed and may be streamed live to Instagram. By signing up, you're game to be on camera.
- Official rules explained day-of. We keep it simple. You'll get the full rundown before the clock starts — no fine-print games.
